Presentation B-Tech.Net was born in 2002 from the initiative of a highly qualified group of entrepreneurs and technicians in the strongly expanding field of supplying value added services to enterprises ranging in size from SMEs to large telecommunication companies. Competences that have matured over the years in the most complex technological sectors have made the company personnel an expert, result oriented, group with great organizational capacity and problem solving ability. B-Tech.Net also operates as a Mobile Service Provider in the complex universe of mobile telephony, in the areas of enterprise applications and security, which are the foundations on which the vast number of services and products offered by the company are based. During the years since it’s foundation the company has surrounded itself with technological partners creating with them strong strategic alliances, making this group one of the primary components of leading Italian companies in their respective fields of activity. This characteristic completes the know how and the competence of our company. The activities carried out by B-Tech.Net occur at both the national and international level, collaborating in the latter case with companies that are part of renowned multinational groups. The idea is to create and to finalize together with the most important companies, new and always more stimulating projects supplying not only great technological competence but also expertise in the fields of marketing and project planning for the productive activities of our clients. With these objectives in mind, we try to place side by side medium and the large enterprises (without omitting the small) in the complex activity of IT, of formation, in order to support and guide our Customers in the world of e-Business, organizing, rationalizing and interpreting data and information necessary to plan and to develop informative systems that aid the company in formulating their marketing strategy and identifying the correct market targets. Customer Care is without a doubt a field in which our team of advisers has matured great experience. We always try to improve the relationships with our customers in a professional manner. Besides our knowledge of primary and emerging technologies, it is our ability to analyze and to develop which form part of the baggage accumulated over our years of activity. Together with a solid managerial component, and with careful consideration of commercial, administrative and also technical aspects, exist the two main operating branches of the group: the area dedicated to Software Engineering, lthe other, no less important, dedicated to System Engineering. These being very important areas, we have tried to delineate a course with a solid base which, beyond the fundamental activity of project management, includes a consistent investment in the search for new solutions and the formation of new and promising initiatives, this being another column supporting both the operating areas.
